I am changing my initial one star review because Cara Telafuse, the VP of Operations for Fath Properties, addressed my A/C issue (which was ignored by the property manager Lakeisha for a week) promptly after I emailed her. She enlisted Chris, the lead maintenance staff from Fath Properties who identified and remedied the problem until 10 pm. For Cara and Chris' excellent work I am giving them five stars. Nonetheless, I still give two stars for this property as it has caused so many issues since day one and Lakeisha's response to my recent A/C issue was unacceptable. The building is old and so are its infrastructure and appliances; only Spectrum is accepted. Fortunately there is a corporate office located near the pool where Cara works, she can be a great help if needed. Neighbors are quiet and orderly while grounds are kept clean and tidy. My own experience started on 8/14/21 when key collection revealed that A/C wasn't cooling temperature below 80 degrees; additionally kitchen cabinet door was absent with no corking or cleaning done (even though Lakeisha said professional cleaning had been done).
