I had the misfortune of living in this place a year ago, and it was not a pleasant experience. The apartment complex was plagued with cockroaches, spiders, and carpet beetles; maintenance wasn't willing to help me out even after I asked them multiple times. Additionally, there was an awful gas or rotting smell coming from my walls that they claimed to be paint! When I told them about this after having lived there for two months already, they merely moved the mouse trap from another side of my walls and the stench miraculously went away...dubious indeed. To avoid further exposure to the odor and insects, I ended up sleeping in my living room instead of my bed where spiders were crawling around all over. The construction that happened in the adjacent building made matters worse by making loud banging noises for hours on end. In short - it got so bad that I decided to leave but they tried to charge me an outrageous amount (10k!) for breaking out of the lease which led me taking them to court instead; fortunately we were able to settle things without paying anything but all that money lost on furniture plus emotional distress was still unaccounted for.
