Do not live at this place! It looks luxurious but it is not. Management is the worst I have ever seen. In my 8 weeks here, my apartment has been in terrible shape and the AC does not cool. Maintenance does not come to complete any work orders and there are no groundskeepers to clean up either. The only time my toilet worked properly was for a week! After multiple calls and work orders, no one came to help clean up the water or repair any damage that happened due to the overflow. My last work order has been pending for 15 days which is ridiculous. There are window units in apartments even though it should be considered a luxury housing facility – they have been here since I moved in. Management always finds an excuse why maintenance can't come on time or ever respond to emergency situations quickly enough however roaches as well as filthy neighbors remain problems too; people pile their trash instead of throwing it into bins, despite multiple calls nothing gets done about that either! The recycle cans have been filled for 8 weeks now and are constantly overflowing - I regret moving here so much and hope this helps someone else avoid going through this awful experience too!
