Linda and Ted Uren, former tenants of Crestview at Seymour Village, have had an exceptionally pleasant experience. After having lived in a so-called "luxury apartment residence" prior to their move to Crestview, they were hesitant about downsizing. However, upon arrival they found that the building was just as quiet as the other and of similar build quality. Furthermore, it had an atmosphere full of kind people and their beloved pets which made them feel welcomed. Jen and Chris-the building manager and maintenance manager respectively- were the two big assets that set this building apart from the rest; always with a smile on their faces ready to help out in any way possible. Broadstreet Properties (a Campbell River company) is known for providing a different rental experience than usual; Linda and Ted can confidently say they have exceeded expectations in every way. Therefore, the couple wholeheartedly recommends this place to anyone looking for somewhere happy to live!
