If you are seeking an expensive abode overrun with cockroaches, hostile neighbors, and unsafe conditions, Avenue Living is the perfect choice. They have no regard for rules or human rights and will allow any type of tenant in. Expect to endure constant threats from stalkers and ex-cons as well as racism from other tenants. Furthermore, rent prices may go up without warning and no cleaning nor maintenance is done in the building, not even a weekly vacuuming!
