We stayed at the hotel for one night arriving at 4pm Our room had just been cleaned and the floor in the bathroom was still wet and slippery As we got out of the shower a staff member came into our room without knocking We managed to hide quickly before she realized that someone was in there she had only come to restock supplies like tea towels and milk We asked her to come back later and then went for a walk When we returned there was still no milk in our room The view from our window showed a pool that looked unappealing due to stuff on its bottom however the front pool looked quite nice with blue water We didnt get to eat at their restaurant because it closed by the time we arrived when I tried asking why they were closed already I only received an ungracious response from them Overall facilities were kept clean but noise from aircrafts and ambulances could be heard throughout stays as such this place wont be our choice again in future visits more ... hide ...

We booked a different vacation on Wotif in lieu of a cruise that got cancelled The deposit was taken by another hotel without any receipt or explanation Later we discovered the manager had control of both This 4star accommodation yeah right made us feel uncomfortable during all three times we talked with them Initially I dialed and the manager answered with just hello he couldnt help me since he wasnt in the office but didnt offer to call back either so I asked when would be a better time to phone him again which I did not do because of his attitude towards our booking via a third party Second conversation was one day before checkin as per their policy still got lectured about using an outside source then inquired why I called saying our plane landed at 9am and wanted to know if early checkin was possible only to be told it wouldnt be ready until 230pm contrary to what their site states On arrival we endured another sermon about why going through an outside source was so wrong followed by obtaining our keys and entering our room Although spacious enough for four people it seemed like they gave us the worst room due to how we had booked master bed mattress caved in with no springs bathroom covered in mold which they tried hiding with paint no ventilation except for over showerbath that allowed neighbors to see inside while bathing filthy balcony stained yellow from mildew on stucco ceilings more ... hide ...
