Located in Northwest Baltimore's Jewish neighborhood, Cross Country Manor Apartments offer a moderate rent and plenty of nearby shopping, highways, and resources. The buildings were constructed around 1950 but have since been equipped with air conditioning, modern appliances, floor tile, carpets, etc. Responsive management is always available for maintenance/assistance requests; plus there is prompt snow removal and sufficient parking. As with other older apartment complexes however one may hear their upstairs neighbors a bit too much at times - TVs/music through walls/ceiling being louder than preferred. I personally prefer ground level apartments where I can plant flowers in the planter box outside my window.
