My girlfriend and I have lived at the Park South Apartments for over a year, and are soon moving away. The building, apartments, community, and managers here are excellent; they're very helpful and attentive. I can't give them 5 stars however due to the cost: a 1-bedroom in the lowrise with a pet, two parking passes, plus an option to break our lease if we buy a home costs us almost $1900 every month (plus utilities). There aren't many amenities either - just an undersized gym and public courtyard - but if you want an exceptional living experience then this place is worth it. Be aware though that your rent will be higher than most mortgage payments!
