This is by far the best place I have lived; the landlord takes care of maintenance issues like paving, windows, balconies and vanities quickly and professionally. The rent is reasonable in comparison to other places in the city excluding downtown, plus there are plenty of stores, restaurants and a post office within walking distance. Service requests are usually solved within 48 hours or even on the same day! There's also a pool, gym, playground and common room. My neighbors are quiet and there isn't much noise outside either (except for car traffic). Downsides include not being able to view the unit before renting it, paying $215 to add friends to my lease agreement, potholes in the parking lot that haven't been fixed yet (as of mid-June), often absent office staff during opening hours and elevators that require a lot of maintenance. Despite this however you can't beat this place for its price! UPDATE AUGUST 2021: The complex itself remains well maintained with no pests or major complaints despite surly office staff and constantly breaking elevators; overall still a great spot at an affordable cost with an incredibly safe area.
