We had high hopes for this property, but after our experiences with them, we left as quickly as possible. The location is near a metro station, but there is constant loud traffic noise until 3am and an Bowlero nearby that experiences violence (armed robbery), screaming, and rowdiness. Our apartment flooded twice because of the AC unit; additionally, another apartment on our floor caught fire without us being informed of the cause. Our appliances were all brand new when we moved in but kept breaking down; it took eight maintenance requests before they called in a technician to fix the dryer--each time they told us different solutions to try. Maintenance personnel would often show up unannounced to access our unit; there was also construction in my room which displaced me for a week and didn't finish until a month later plus additional construction below us that shook our apartment and lasted nearly three months while we attempted to work from home with little support or information from management. Parking was also difficult ($$) if you wanted guests over even though there are plenty of guest spots available--the garage is filthy too. The floors were uneven and cockroaches were common visitors; AC wasn't turned on until late May soWe had high hopes for this property, but after our experiences with them, we left as quickly as possible.
