The apartments are decent, although the rent has gone up a lot since we moved in six years ago (I'm not sure what it is to move in today). The land lady, Olga, is quite unpleasant if you do anything to anger her and her manager will not address any complaints or comments. There have been bedbug issues here too, but they take care of it quickly if you report sightings. They legally can't do anything about pets but Olga will go out of her way to target those with them and make them feel unwelcome. Every year our rent went up the maximum amount allowed by law. There's no visitor parking and each unit only gets one spot that must be registered for a single vehicle; otherwise Olga will call by-law right away and have it ticketed. So overall this place isn't special but it is well-maintained; however we've had problems with our landlords and management since day one - as have others - so we've considered moving many times but the cost of rents in this area are so high now that relocating isn't really an option for us anymore.
