My partner and I are living at Lumeo, where the management is ignoring all of the inhabitants. Even when the government started permitting public places to reopen, they failed to take proper protective measures against COVID-19. Although other buildings have been reopening their amenities (gym, pool etc.), Lumeo hasn't followed suit and has been sending out a generic response to everyone who complained. Furthermore, the fire alarm frequently goes off during any hour of day or night; once it rang every ten minutes from 4:30 am till 6:00 am. The window washers do an inadequate job cleaning windows that are still dirty after being "cleaned". Despite advertising their location as a deluxe building with high-priced units, many electronic devices are malfunctioning and maintenance is not addressing these issues. For this reason I would recommend avoiding this place; you'll be overcharged while having your needs neglected!
