I opted for a one-bedroom apartment, and Giroux Estates had the best layout. It was spacious and comfortable with an up-to-date kitchen and great entertaining area. On top of this, the onsite management were incredible - they spoke with charming accents, were quick to make repairs, offered warm welcomes and listened intently to my concerns. The building was quiet but clean too; I encountered friendly people everywhere I went who always said hello. Overall, I'd give Giroux Estates a 10/10 rating!
