The apartment was not ready for move-in when we obtained the keys. The first month of living there had numerous issues: no mesh on the windows, only one air conditioner being replaced instead of three, a large gap in the wall in one bedroom allowing wind to come through and making it unbearably cold, dirty appliances and toilet, rust in the bathtub, a gap in the closet ceiling, an entry door with over an inch gap and missing floor carpet trim. After opening multiple work orders and calling leasing office several times some of these problems were dealt with after a month but others are still unresolved. The second month brought new issues such as water leaking from the bathroom which was fixed quickly but another leak appeared in master bedroom that has still yet to be resolved. To make matters worse there is now a mouse infestation throughout the entire apartment with droppings everywhere and dead mice found inside. This is not only disgusting but also very unsafe so we are leaving this review to warn others about our experience here.
