My wife and I had a terrific rental experience at Birch Hills Landing for 8 years. The apartments were precisely as advertised—spacious, with plenty of storage, and a reasonable cost. Conveniently located near the highway and Southfort Blvd., it was an attractive option for couples, singles, or small families. Our pets were welcomed too. We had the great fortune of having a unit with air conditioning that we now miss terribly. Maintenance requests generally took some time, but there were occasions when they were dealt with swiftly and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Additionally, the cleaning staff kept the common areas very clean at all times; likewise, office staff and client care center personnel displayed professionalism in all interactions we had with them. All in all, our stay at Birch Hills Landing was really enjoyable for this part of our lives together.
