Living here is not recommended My partner and I resided in this place from June 2020 to June 2022 and it was horrible The management is discourteous and they do not take care of problems adequately Twice the basement where all the storage units were kept flooded ruining our items without any consideration from management we were told to go through our renters insurance for reimbursement Over the two winters we lived there mice came into our apartment under appliances sink and even ate food out of cabinets Management did nothing about this despite claims that they tried pest control indicated an infestation but no updates after that if anything was done about it Our refrigerator leaked water inside and from underneath for nearly two months multiple emails had to be sent before someone came out to look at it who said it was fixed only for us to find out later that wasnt true a new fridge was provided with stains on it and a repulsive odor We likewise informed them about the garage door being stuck open yet nothing happened until almost 2 months later when they still didnt reimburse us 50month utility fee which we paid During summertime apartments are unbearably hot plus you can hear your neighbors conversations through walls carpets are matted while building generally looks messy due to lack of upkeep by management or maintenance staff with poor communication between both parties adding insult injury leading up to an overall terrible experience here more ... hide ...
