This Southside Berkeley apartment building is a great place to live, with ample sunlight and fresh air coming through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Though I had an amazing view of the bay, most look out onto the street, patio or alley. It can be quite noisy due to the restaurants downstairs and echoing street noise, though it still provides a comfortable interior. The modern wooden floors and furnishings make it feel spacious compared to other places I've seen. They have addressed issues from my past review, so I would highly recommend living here - if only I could have stayed longer!
