Since 2015, this complex has dropped in quality. Tenants who have been here for 10 years are now leaving and no maintenance is being done. We've had mice, a leaking refrigerator with a bad odor, and issues with the air conditioner since last summer. In addition, we can't get rid of the mildew in the bathroom ceiling despite our efforts to clean it. I wouldn't advise living here unless you're prepared to deal with these problems; the only two advantages are the apartment layout and car port, as well as some flexibility on late rent payments.
