I booked a suite through a travel site that was listed as containing an extra large double, bunk bed and futon. However, I ended up with Suite #1 which featured an extra large double, twin bed, twin air mattress on the floor and a double recliner. When I mentioned this to the booking site they said my only option was to cancel and book elsewhere. I then spoke with Mr.Higgins who offered me a 20% discount to compensate for the miscommunication between both the third-party webpages and primary site not having clear enough descriptions of what each suite contained. Suite #1 is one of three short-term rental suites (the other two being #2 & penthouse) in close proximity creating a private atmosphere; it's also decent sized for one bedroom apartments. The grounds were nicely kept and our kids enjoyed playing on an old trampoline present there; additionally Mr.Higgins & his daughter were often onsite in case we needed anything or could be contacted via phone if necessary.
