The moment I saw the show suites at Sterling Square and met Tracey, I knew it was where I wanted to live. She assisted me in selecting the perfect suite that fit my needs and made moving a smooth process. The suite has lots of room, with plentiful closet space, an open concept design (great for entertaining family), and in-suite laundry/dishwasher. Plus, the three large windows bring plenty of sunlight which keeps it always looking bright and cheerful! Finally, all the staff here have been so friendly and helpful; they host events regularly that make you feel like you're part of a community. Overall, I'm thrilled to be living in such a wonderful space with such an inviting atmosphere!

I was so thrilled when Tracey told me I had been approved to live in Sterling Square! I already knew the area since I had resided in Brantford for thirty years. Though my commute to work would be longer, the building's amenities such as an in-suite laundry and gym swayed me. In terms of construction, it deserves five stars - high ceilings, grand windows letting in lots of natural light, and quietness are just some features I love about my new apartment. However, one downside is that it takes 5-10 minutes for there to be cold water from the tap first thing in the morning; also, paying $100/month for outdoor parking is same rate as underground parking fee. The 3 star rating comes from customer service issues: after asking three times (by email/in person/phone) for bedroom measurements, they never provided any; a charge on my account back in January has not been responded to yet; finally on moving day I drove 45 minutes only to learn that keys could not be given until 2pm (even though emails were sent out). My emails aren't being acknowledged either; when asked what can be done about this issue, they said they're having troubles with emailing.
