    For the past 10 years, I have been a tenant of three different units owned by Cambridge Kiwanas Housing Corp. Throughout my time there, I had positive experiences with both landlords and property management as I was always a responsible tenant in the neighbourhood. The building and grounds were kept clean at all times, and snow removal was always done as promptly as possible. Thank you to Cambridge Kiwanas Housing Corp! Ÿ˜

    Living here has been a terrible experience The building manager DAN is so rude he always yells when I ask him to fix the blocked kitchen sink or dripping water in the washroom He never comes to do the repairs and never tells us when the water will be shut off for the day Whenever I call he hangs up or starts screaming He is by far the worst building manager     more ...
