I had a truly wonderful time living at Jasmine and the maintenance crew were incredible always prompt with their service and so friendly My parents even got to talking with them during their visit The staff in the front office were also very welcoming and werent overly pushy like sales people can be which was so refreshing The building layout is unique and really tranquil parking is below the ground level starting from the 3rd floor There are 4 courtyards that face east theyre incredibly peaceful with comfortable furniture and gardens plus a great view of the mountains on clear days Apartments used to be 55 condos but have been slightly modified theyre in amazing condition and have lovely countertops The apartments are very quiet as well theres only minimal sound coming from neighbors if any usually its totally silent Id recommend living on the east side of the building since fire departments often leave their station loudly with sirens blaring nearby Unfortunately the exercise room needs some updating if you plan on using its equipment I wasnt fond of it at all but there are cats living in complex that don't bother residents Locationwise its good for Los Angeles neighborhoods surround Jasmine full of families while all around are Vietnamese storesrestaurants note Jasmine residents come from diverse backgrounds American chains are about a mile away 10 minutes while Huntington Beach Newport Beach Costa Mesa shopsdining spots are all more ... hide ...
