Do not live in this poorly managed building! You will never have a "concierge" to help you with visitors, packages, or phone calls. Elevators are often broken and the excuse of COVID-19 can only go so far. They pretend to be luxury apartments because of Gucci being nearby, but everything is constantly breaking. We had repair teams in our apartment and had to move furniture out due to them replacing a floor - no rent credit given as it's "not their policy". A leaky ceiling was also present and we had an unusable bathroom due to it. The dishwasher was broken too! Expecting your security deposit back? Don't bother as they will charge for normal wear & tear, even cigarette burns that were already there when you moved in! The one positive is that I successfully moved out - bye Bravern!
