Ignore any comments before 2019 because my apartment has changed drastically. Two years ago the property was poorly managed and there were undesirable people living in the back, but now Axiom owns it and they have made huge improvements. We have a private golf course behind us, a church, county park, Braes Bayou and a hike/bike trail nearby; no gates or fences confining us. Apartments all bills paid with granite counter tops and new appliances; even flotation toys for kids in the pool! Everyone is friendly, we look out for each other like family. My home is something I'm proud of now; if you're looking for an affordable (and beautiful) place to live then come join us! Tyree runs everything well and if you need anything just ask around for Wendy - we can always make coffee & chat outside together. Dogs are allowed too plus you get to pick your own parking spot (covered/uncovered options). Maintenance is onsite 24/7 with emergency number accessible at all times. I love this place!
