We rented a cottage for our son for the school year in 18-19; however, Ronda and Paul had misled us about the insulation. This resulted in $500 worth of heating bills each month. When I contacted Paul by phone, he was inconsiderate and said, "Your sons signed the lease tough luck." The boys were not informed they could not have visitors or else their cars would be towed--this was not stated anywhere in the lease either. Furthermore, they were not allowed to sunbathe shirtless during August or drink alcohol on the property (also not specified). Every time it snowed our son had to park his car in a snow bank since his spot would never be cleared out. Mold built up in both the bathroom and heater unit because no maintenance was done. Ronda would come to their door without proper notice (24 hour written notice) and disturb them. Our boy can't wait to move out soon; good luck if you decide to rent!
