I had two wonderful years living at these apartments. The management team was always prompt and helpful when I contacted them with any inquiries. The grounds were well maintained, with lawns mowed and bushes trimmed, as well as the sidewalks and parking lots cleared in wintertime. My unit was in good condition, having newer appliances, windows and air conditioning that functioned perfectly to keep me cool during summer months. Plus, it was conveniently located only five minutes from Williamsville village and fifteen minutes from Buffalo downtown. All of my neighbors were friendly which made for a peaceful walking environment around the neighborhood. The only recommendation I have is for an exhaust fan to be installed in the kitchen area as well as another recycling dumpster (there are many for garbage but only one for recycling). Overall, my time here was really enjoyable!

I give the move-in process 1.5 stars and the maintenance crew 5 stars (I've been a resident for 2+ years). Make sure to check availability before submitting an apartment application, which requires a fee. There were problems with the upstairs bathroom flooding into my downstairs apartment; maintenance would always come promptly, but nothing was done to correct it. The basement sub pump hardly ever worked so after heavy rains there was standing water and bugs/smells for days. Very important: take pictures of everything you clean before moving out - carpets, windows, walls, closets, oven/stovetop, kitchen sink/refrigerator and every inch of the bathroom - as Snyder will try to charge you for anything they can. I left my apartment in better shape than when I moved in yet they still tried to take cleaning fees from my security deposit; it's clear they are taking advantage of young people who rent most of their apartments. To sum up: 1/2 star for move-in process (check availability first) and 1 star for great maintenance team.
