My wife and I decided to move to Heathview, a premier multi-residential building, in 2016. We stayed for the next five years and had our first child there. The construction quality was excellent, with plenty of generous amenities that were kept up very well. The property manager Morguard was outstanding, their team being warm and considerate. The two structures housed an interesting variety of residents: elderly people, young households, as well as some young couples/singles; all together it created a fantastic atmosphere that we truly enjoyed living in.

TLDR: This building has some great features, but there are a few issues with management that need to be resolved.Pros: good building, nice amenities, nice units, great locationCons:- Poorly enforced rules- Lack of parking spots- Faulty appliances- Messy move-in condition- Unprofessional leasing staff - Confused concierges who don't report package deliveries or send packages out.- Pen and paper system for deliveries/maintenance requests/parking passes.- No WiFi in common areas - Bike room does not have automatic doors - Recurring maintenance problems - Difficult to contact building staff.- Advertising fitness classes without providing instructions.Would be better if there were a site for residents to communicate with each other.For the price paid for this "luxury" building, one would expect a smoother experience; however this is not the case. It is hoped that these issues will be fixed soon but given their already long presence it seems unlikely.
