We had an amazing experience with Winthrop Terrace Our son just completed his first year at BGSU and due to the COVID restrictions the university offered incentives for students to live off campus We were fortunate enough to find a nice two bedroom two bath apartment for him and his friend at Winthrop Terrace Cheryl and the staff went above and beyond in making them feel welcome and were always quick to assist when needed It was close enough that he could ride his long board on nice days or drive with the added perk of commuter parking The apartment was perfect for their first time living away from home they had various lease options available as well Although its a bit older than other complexes everything was in perfect condition and cleanliness was kept uptodate The boys didnt have access to the pool since they moved in after its closing date but did take advantage of onsite laundry facilities it also pleased us that all utilities except electric were included in rent plus we were surprised how low their electric bill ended up being every month Spencers only complaint is there werent any picnic tables or community seating in the courtyard for nicer days he had to travel either to a park or campus if he wanted outdoor space for studyingenjoying good weather All things considered though its truly an excellent place more ... hide ...
