WARNING TO ALL BUYERS - NIGHTMARE AHEAD! This review is based on my experience with Countryside Homes & RV in Bowden Alberta, and more specifically with Al Bustard, Owner/Sales. In May 2022, I purchased a park model after signing the contract and paying in full. Immediately afterwards, things started to go wrong. 1. We had made it clear that all appliances were required to be powered by propane; however, upon further inspection we discovered the water heater was 220 electric. When we asked Al for financial compensation for having to replace it he refused any help. 2. Our delivery date had been scheduled but when it failed to arrive I contacted Al who advised me it would be delayed by four days - no one had called us about this delay which was both unprofessional and extremely inconvenient for us as buyers. 3. Al promised us that the trucking company could position the model where we wanted it but when they arrived (four days late) they were uncooperative and unable to do so; so I had to contact a local construction company at my own expense who provided the necessary assistance and equipment needed for positioning of the home; additionally they threatened me with an extra $15K bill despite delivery being paid up-front as par WARNING TO ALL BUYERS - NIGHTMARE AHEAD!
