This complex isn't suitable for people looking to relax, as it's great for big groups who rent several rooms and party without taking their neighbors into consideration. There's no one on site to control the noise levels, which can get quite loud. I stayed in a room with an AC, mezzanine and kitchenette; however the "fully equipped" kitchen doesn't have an oven, just a small stove that looks outdated and potentially dangerous. The coffee machine was dirty and the kettle doesn't turn off automatically like most appliances do nowadays. The AC is located right by the balcony door making it hard to sleep with it running; plus, the sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable- like sitting on a stone after a long walk! The walls are thin so you can hear all noise from around you. Although there is a mezzanine in my room, it gets too hot to sleep on since there's no air circulation. To make matters worse, both mattresses of the queen beds were incredibly soft. Additionally there's another chalet nearby where parties go until 4am even with windows closed- making this complex not ideal for anyone wanting peace & quiet at night!
