I am extremely pleased with the building and Concert, the property management company that I am currently renting from. Wessex Gate and Earles Court are essentially one building, just separated above ground but they use the same parking area. Earles Court allows pets whereas Wessex Gate does not. As a tenant of Wessex Gate, I have access to a regular residential gym in Earles Court. Along with this, there is monthly storage lockers, secured bike storage and a secret car wash in the bottom level of our parking lot. Additionally, we also have guest parking available which is rarely used. There is fee laundry inside the building which serves its purpose for all tenants here and although it takes some time for elevators to get fixed if broken, it gets done quickly by Concert staff. The units are of average size with balconies or yards where I am fortunate enough to witness beautiful sunrises over Central Park every morning from my eastern view balcony/yard . It's also amazing how Concert decorates our foyer for Halloween and Christmas every year which gives us tenants a sense of joyfulness . Furthermore , their application process is straightforward and first qualified tenant will be accepted without any bidding process . Tenants must purchase insurance as required by them but maintenance tasks such as repairs etc are taken care within a day or two after request .
