This gated apartment complex is well-maintained and features a gym and pool. Rent includes utilities, while there is a separate fee for the in-home security system, pest control, water sewage trash, and an assigned one-stall carport parking spot with washer/dryer. Some apartments have been upgraded with stainless steel appliances, flat cooktops, granite countertops, decorative lighting and ceiling fans, wood plank flooring as well as resurfaced cabinets. Additionally, some of the units offer views of the Napa River.
