Renting here has been an interesting experience, with amenities like an 18-hole golf course, two pools, and newly remodeled units. The price is also competitive in the area. However, the process of getting approval for our applications was very slow - it took four weeks even though all our background checks passed and we make more than the required rent amount. We had to call multiple times a week to get updates on our applications because we had work starting soon and needed to know if we could move into this complex or needed to find somewhere else. Eventually after a rush on our applications we were approved, but then got a call just four days before moving in that there were still renovations left unfinished (cabinet faces not installed, no closet systems). These issues were resolved shortly after moving in but it was obvious they had been hastily done. Moving in was also inconvenient as they don’t allow weekend moves - so those that need flexible schedules or have PTO should take note! Additionally parking is limited with no reserved spots available for extra payment either at the end of each day.
