Staying at Metropolitan Towers since 2018 has been great. Although I have to move to another province, the customer service I received from the leasing and management office was outstanding. Any issue I had in my apartment was handled almost immediately - yesterday, for instance, there were problems with a smoke detector and microwave handle that were fixed by 10am! Even though downtown has been chaotic due to the pandemic, living here as a single woman felt safe; security guards looked out for me when it got late. There are many positives - such as my relatively large apartment for this price range plus a Starbucks and grocery store downstairs - and the amenities like gym, cinema, lounge and study area are excellent too. The Team here has done their best during these tough times; overall I've really enjoyed living here.

Our three and a half year stay at Metropolitan Towers has been superb. Payment and package systems are up-to-date, building managers are swift to reply, maintenance problems are taken care of quickly.The only drawbacks of downtown living apply here too: can be noisy and the cost is not suitable for all budgets. Nevertheless, it remains an ideal spot if seeking a bustling, convenient place to live. We're only relocating because we require more space for our newborn; otherwise we would have stayed much longer. We strongly suggest considering Metropolitan Towers as a rental opportunity.
