*** Moving into the complex two years ago, it's time to move out. TL;DR - look elsewhere as this complex is no longer "new" and the quality of residents is poor. Pros are that the apartments are nice and there's a great gym, but there are cons: dog waste everywhere, no supervised area for packages leading to multiple thefts, bad landscaping, children running around unsupervised leaving trash or stealing from porches; broken glass in the dumpster and parking lot; pool not cleaned during summer months. The staff has high turnover with no accountability for lease violators. No security cameras on premises nor can residents provide their own security which has resulted in several car break-ins and items being stolen from porches.
