I originally gave Berewick Pointe Apartments five stars based on the exceptional office staff, but now that they have changed, I must reduce my rating to one star. The current staff is unprofessional and inconsistent when it comes to communication. My requests and concerns are often never followed up on or addressed, even if I take the time to come into the office. The property manager is always "in a meeting" or too busy to talk. Furthermore, their prices are outrageous while most of the amenities included in rent do not work properly or are broken altogether. There have also been multiple vehicle break-ins and vandalism in the parking lot; however management remains apathetic toward this issue and claims there is no surveillance despite a sign by their trash area saying otherwise. All in all, I cannot find a single positive experience here as of late - customers are treated with such disrespect that it's simply not worth it for anyone looking for somewhere nice with a friendly staff.
