Brand new apartments, but with numerous defects: cracks in walls and ceilings, windows that don't open/close without force, insulation needs to be redone (ice forms inside near bay windows in winter), floor creaks when I walk and dishes shake; rooms are smaller than on the plan; ventilation motor in bedroom, electric meter in bedroom; you can hear neighbors going to the toilet and water infiltration inside balconies which creak when stepped on (scary). After informing several managers (4th manager within a year) of the issues with no response we're now preparing a file for submission to housing authority. To sum up - avoid this company! They only care about profit and make promises they don't keep – so run away!
