I stayed in this building from July 2019 to June 2021. My unit was on the 22nd floor and had an amazing view. Moving in was a bit difficult as there was still construction going on and I only had 45 minutes to move in, but no complaints. One great thing about this building is that each unit gets plenty of sunlight. The appliances were good and I never experienced any issues with them; the washer and dryer are quite large and located within the suite. To pay for water & hydro bills, you need to contract with Wyse which can be expensive - I usually paid between $125-$180 CAD per month for two bathrooms being used. The gym is well-equipped but unfortunately kids often use it without supervision, putting themselves at risk. Maintenance requests were handled efficiently, which was great! The terrace patio is also amazing; it’s a wonderful place for family dinners. The staff members are kind and polite yet hard to contact over the phone - if you drop by they're happy to help though! Mail boxes/rooms are convenient while parking is shared with other buildings - one car space per person should suffice though!
