It's a "non smoking" building, but since there isn't a building manager, it's become an area of rule-breaking. The hallways have a combined stench of cigarettes and wet dogs. The apartments have undergone "renovations" that look like amateur work done by high schoolers. Marijuana use and loud music with booming bass are commonplace, along with homeless people scavenging through the trash. Additionally, the pipes are incredibly noisy every time someone in the building flushes the toilet. Therefore, do not live here; steer clear from Rosehill Street altogetherâ€”it is basically a ghetto.
