Ive been residing at 218 MacLaren for a year and a half and its been an amazing experience The building has recently gone through a beautiful renovation I live in one of the onebedroom apartments which is quite spacious my Queensize bed armchair bookshelf and more fit easily I was able to create three distinct areas office dining area and living room with creative shelving placement while still making the space feel roomy Not to mention the balcony that comes with this unit perfect for summertime hangouts The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances plus a dishwasher what more could you ask for Although the laundry room is small 3 washers 3 dryers there are rarely no machines available The fitness room could use some improvement an exercise bike and partial weight machine do not make up for missing free weights or treadmill That said there are plenty of gyms yoga studios nearby due to its central location Plus walking distance from the canal great place to go jogging in summer or ice skating in winter CLV have been good landlords they answer questionswork requests promptly which makes me highly recommend this place as your next residential spot more ... hide ...
