    I have lived in this building for seven years and it has deteriorated significantly. They don't prioritize the current tenants, instead focusing on making renovations to vacant apartments to increase rent prices. I have gone without two kitchen drawers for two and a half years; one of them even had the front fall off recently. The kitchen doors don't close properly and paint is peeling and bulging in many rooms. We've also had a major issue with cockroaches. In an effort to attract more tenants, they've painted the hallways, put down new carpeting and laminate flooring in front of elevators/lobby but still neglect current tenants. To top it off, they're attempting to raise rent beyond the usual percentage per year. My advice would be not to move into this hole!

    Living here is a great choice if youre thinking of moving in Its beautiful and clean the staff are incredibly kind and I always feel safe Theres plenty of common area spaces a gym and laundry onsite all of which is relatively new so I havent had any appliance issues Even with the reasonable rent there are lots of good things about this place The only downsid     more ...
