I've lived here for five years, and this place has a special place in my heart with many memories. It's pet-friendly, with a forest full of rivers and trails right in the backyard. There can be noise due to students living there; however I just left, and the condition of the property has been rapidly declining over the last two to two-and-a-half years. Garbage is always an issue, parking is still a problem (non-residents using the lot), and now there are babies/toddlers on site with their young parents. There have also been police cars often present and non-students seem to be taking up most of the residence; they had switched property managers twice in one week! This place has become an absolute disaster - it was time for me to leave. The company appears to be in crisis mode right now. My overall experience was great (5/5); but I must rate safety at 1/5 for future residents as it's not safe anymore - you should look into who your roommates are (Facebook etc) especially if they're not students, as some could be middle aged or older!
