We have lived here for more than a year and the management is excellent. Whenever our stove or dishwasher needed replacing, they took care of it in a timely manner. Other issues with the apartment were also resolved quickly, such as various sink plumbing issues that weren't caused by them. They are friendly and show genuine interest in their tenants. The management runs this place really well!

I've been living at 111 Market Street for two years now, and I think some of the reviews about it are unfair. The property has workers there almost every other day to fix things that the supers can't handle. If you report an issue, it will usually be resolved within 48 hours unless they need to call in a specialist like happened with my apartment (which is explained in the lease). They even had pest control come last year just for preventive measures, though I haven't seen any bugs myself (I'm very clean!). The gym is always nice and clean when I use it twice a week as well. There was an issue with the Wi-Fi earlier this year but that got taken care of in a week. During wintertime there were some problems with the elevators but those have since been fixed, plus they're being replaced this year according to the posted notice. When doing laundry, I've spoken to some people who said similar things as me - that the building has never been as nice as it is now during their 15+ years living here - so clearly they have good reason for not moving out yet! Management's great too; last summer they had someone host a BBQ and booked a restaurant down the street for Christmas festivities.
