I highly rate the community 5 stars despite the fact that there is no washer and dryer in our 2 bedroom apartment, requiring us to go to another building for laundry. Management and maintenance are both good and the best part of living here is our fenced in patio. The surrounding area is clean and free from trash, although I feel that for the rent we pay, some of the apartment interiors such as bath vanities, mirrors, tubs and sinks could do with an update. Nonetheless, I am content with my neighbors here. We had a choice between this community or another down the street which did have a washer/dryer but Williamsburg had superior customer service which made us decide to live here instead.
