This Virginia Beach apartment complex has buildings that are semi-well taken care of, but the upkeep is really just paint and rotten wood they try to cover up. The balconies are not level, so they can't be stood on, and there's a parking issue from requiring decals for visitors. Inside the apartments, you pay for valet trash that isn't picked up; maintenance is just painting over things; pests are everywhere; and you're charged extra for everything. A new manager came in two years ago who is inept at best and doesn't care about tenants; plus if you want to move out, they'll do anything to keep you there--even charge false fees. It's clear that this complex only rents to those with bad credit or no established credit yet--they're out to fleece people! Don't believe the "you don't appear to be a current resident"--that's beyond petty!
