The complex is aesthetically pleasing, but there are multiple issues that need improvement. Office management does not do much in terms of enforcing rules: neighbors leaving trash outside entices rodents and no action was taken despite complaints. Additionally, neighbors are loud and the office will not intervene if they cannot hear it when they approach the front door. Parking can be an issue and break-ins have become more frequent due to a rougher neighborhood nearby. The windows lack screens which allows bugs in, and also aren't insulated well leading to cold temperatures in wintertime; maintenance did nothing more than change the air filter when notified of this issue. The rent is too pricey for these issues to exist, so I cannot recommend this complex even though it looks attractive; it's not a tranquil place to live here.
