We relocated from Calgary to Port Coquitlam about a year ago and after seeing a video walk through, as well as receiving great customer service from Yanessa the leasing manager, we decided to move into Fremont. We are delighted that we ended up there; the area is ideal for those wanting to enjoy both nature and community living. The people living in Fremont are wonderful and our property manager Kevin is always available if we have any questions or issues. The building itself is very well kept and full of friendly people and helpful staff from Mosaic. Although Covid regulations have been implemented, the gym and rec centre still provide plenty of activities - including a pool! It's also uncommon to find a dog-friendly building - with a pet wash station only two minutes away - making this an amazing place to live. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Fremont Living for more than a year and had an incredible time! The building was secure, and the floor plans included fantastic appliances, large bathrooms, roomy kitchen cabinets, high ceilings and radiant in-floor heating. Angela, the manager of the building is incredibly friendly and professional; plus all of the staff are amiable and competent. The amenities building was our favorite spot – it had a gymnasium, fitness area with machines, kids playroom as well as a swimming pool to enjoy! Outside there was an outstanding playground with a walking path along the riverbank plus a community garden! We were truly impressed by how welcoming everyone in this community was towards one another. All things considered it's one of the best places to live!
