I recently renewed my lease at this location, where I've been residing for the past year. It's an ideal spot with exceptional facilities; keyless entrance access, neat landscaping and courteous office staff as well as maintenance are all first-rate. They are pet friendly and even opened the pool during this summer's pandemic. The gym is closed due to Covid, which is a bit of a nuisance since other fitness centers remain open and operational. While it has been six months since the rental office has stated they're "working on getting the gym open," there are walking paths nearby for exercise. The neighbors are great too!
My one bedroom apartment is around $1,400 plus utilities - which I find somewhat pricey without having access to a gym, forcing me to pay out of pocket for a separate membership. My electric bills run about $65/month and gas cooking about $20/month (I cook at home even though there are restaurants, film theaters and shopping close by). I have Comcast Internet essentials so wifi costs only $10/month - no need for cable although some residents have dish network. Additionally, there's an extra trash fee plus amenities fee that adds another $80-100 onto rent - but you get what you pay for in terms of beauty, convenienceI recently renewed my lease at this location, where I've been residing for the past year.
