Living in Willowbrook for two years, I can highly vouch for these apartments. Mike and Tonya keep everything running efficiently and regularly host small community events. The building is tranquil and neat, with friendly neighbors. This was an ideal living situation that I would have stayed in if my work didn't require me to leave.
