I was really looking forward to the opportunity of this apartment as it seemed ideal for someone finishing a masters degree with its quiet country setting and affordability Six weeks ago I sent an email inquiring when the apartment was available and if I could see it Responses were evasive hence I followed up my previous inquiries With my lease running out in a couple of months I don't have time to waste on agents who are not taking me seriously or their job seriously So all that was required from them was to answer two simple questions do I qualify for the income guidelines after providing this information already and when will the apartment be ready Receiving no response to that last email today I finally got a phone call back which turned out just like what all bad reviews mentioned Carol being rude condescending ignorant and unprofessional She interrupted me while asking questions instead of letting me finish answering them at one point she even assumed that since I am a graduate student then surely my age should be between 1821 and would be reported under someone elses taxes Trying to correct her wrong impression about me by mentioning that actually Im in my 40s only resulted in further interruption from Carol who appeared too busy justifying her own ignorance than listening carefully Her deplorable communication skills were worsened by her presumptions about prospective tenants being beneath her or completely unaware of moderate income housing laws etc giving away nothing but excuses for lack of follow up or professionalism more ... hide ...
